Homemade Noodles was a surprising delight. Don't expect too much from the meat offerings and just go for their signature handmade noodles. They offer a variety of noodle types to suit all taste from soft to al-dente to hard and chewy noodles. The texture of the noodles were incredible and just as ordered. The cold noodles sauce was a careful blend of sesame and sour taste making the noodles extremely appetising. The peppercorn soup base was delicious also. Not your usual MSG soup but a concentrated chicken broth. Totally recommend to try. Brilliant!

Must eat in HK! Cold noodles with shredded vegetables, their cold noodles are really good and refreshing, and the spiciness of it is just nice. I crave it every now and then, and the price is not too bad too.

自家麵。之前見到佐敦有舖頭,想試好耐,今日做facial 前搵野食經過見到試吓。 見到都有幾多野揀,見隔離好多人都係食餃子,不過我中意食牛肉,所以就試下肥牛。 叫咗個肥牛寬面麻酸辣湯小辣,我個人覺得唔太辣,似譚仔既2小辣。而個麻酸辣湯湯底比較似南記既麻酸湯,有花椒油果陣麻香味,不過食完幾口渴。麵既方面呢,麵其實幾有咬口。肥牛份量唔多,大概得六七塊左右。另外仲有菇,芽菜,生菜。配料都幾多。 留意番舖頭暫時淨係收現金, Alipay

今日在旺角店點了個秘製牛????手工幼麵原味清湯($75),加左生菜($9),加了杯半價的咸檸七(雪碧)($11) 好似有點貴,但碗麵送到,原來超大碗,滿滿的生菜,,還有配菜芽菜及菇菌,主角牛????,大大片,有大約七、八片,腍軟有牛味,好好食,-啲都冇欺場,有驚喜,手工麵軟糯又彈牙。湯頭清甜不口渴,由於好碗,食唔曬啲麵,有點可惜。 唯一建議店主可考慮增加輕食選擇:減少麵及牛????的份量,價錢便可訂低少少,可招來多一批輕食的追捧者(如正控制飲食的朋友)或者學生
